Our Sleeping And Dreaming

The thing I’d like to talk about is important for many people if not all. Everybody on earth sleeps except a few who have exceptional psychological problems. And a few of those who sleep don’t dream at all (they say so)-although the psychological findings show that they do and that is detected through REM (Rapid Eye Movements)- also for some mental or psychological problems, known or unknown to specialists they can not remember their dreams.

As everyone awares sleeping is very important to health and daily human activities. No sleep or less of it means tired, unbearable day for anyone of us.
But not sleeping I’d like to talk about here, rather dreaming, especially my dreams. My story with dreaming is strange to me. Since childhood and not like my siblings, I dream every night good or bad dreams or mixed and I feel them as a long movie.

But this is not the point; my point – and I know many people share this with me - I see my dreams in real life. They come as predictions for near future; good if they are good, but sometimes I see bad or horrible ones. And they come to existence almost as I see them. That terrifies me; because I can really and easily distinguish among my bad or horrible dreams and get to know that I’ll see or hear about coming events to happen for some people maybe my relatives or friends or neighbors or even any big event in my country or abroad as it happened before.

I mean I see terrible scenes and events when I sleep but I get to know which of them is nonsense and which of them is to come true. I talked to many people I know about this matter, some said because I’m the only son in my family (I’ve sisters) that is why I’ve been given the gift of seeing through future.

Others said not because of that but because it is natural for some people to be given such a gift; and others don’t get it.
I can easily interpret my dreams, in fact they are very clear to me no need to have interpretations. Not like the most who see theirs as a mystery; so they seek to know minute details about them.

Although my background in Psychology (M.A Clinical) from India, pune, and I’m from Sudan and my name is Abdul I live in Khartoum, but we did not study dream interpretations.
So many theories about dream interpretations from different Psychologists, especially Frued is very famous of that. Even some local people who don’t study or have background in Psychology, in different countries have the gift of making details and they are correct most of the time.

Finally, I really cann’t help it, my dreams come as they wish and go, tell me about future or not to tell. There is something called lucid dreaming and I really know little about it; they say we can observe and control our dreams. I need to learn more of that and it’s better still if I learn this skill, because it would be great to control our dreams and maybe that would help in the law of attraction too, maybe by using lucid dreaming we can attract things we like to our life; and stop or dismiss things we hate or fear or treat many internal symptoms helping ourselves as well as doctors and live happily.

Because I believe in the power of our mind, it is a very strong tool we can use to tackle problems inside us. Some people around the globe have experince with this skill they make different things with it, and everyday they explore new dimensions.
Human beings are amazing they have unlimited powers and they improve them every time for the benefit of all.
