Hello, and welcome to steemit. I do not speak spanish, but the google translate functions seems to work somewhat okay. There is a group of individuals that try to help out new users get a leg up on steemit, I am a member. If you use the tag newbieresteemday, or you see that tag on a post you need never fear asking any of a question. We have members from all quarters of the world. If you are familiar with chat rooms, we also have a discord chat room.

I am also part of Asher's Curation League and we have a spanish speaking curator in that group, @jogreh he curates spanish language post, he is also fairly new to steemit in that he joined in december, and may be of help to learning your way around steemit.

Number one thing on steemit, it is your vote. You are not required to vote for any one just because they say you need to give them a vote, (I have seen people bullying new users into giving them votes), so you vote for who and how you like. Most people if you read and comment on their post considered to be common decency to leave a vote if you liked their content.
