I am Ashwin
Hello to everyone on steemit !
I am @ashwinbm and I work as a Mechanical design engineer at National Aerospace Laboratories. I am 22 years old and I live in Bangalore, India. I like to solve engineering problems in day to day life and have utilized my skills to develop some vehicles as well. (Images below) I like to make the most of life with the opportunities I have. I will be discussing my stories of the stages we, as a team, went through to make them and the fun we had in the process.
Apart from professional life, I am a bathroom singer and am currently learning to play the guitar. I take tuition for students below grade 10. I also take part in volunteering/public service activities under Rotaract Bangalore Vijayanagar. You can look it up on facebook and Insta for more detail. I draw and craft some things using origami once in a while. I enjoy reading and writing. I love taking trips to different places and meeting new people and learning about their lives. I make short movies as well. I Will be discussing about my road trips and experiences as well in future posts. And lastly, I love food and would like to travel the world just to taste various cuisines.
I had like to thank @indcrypto for introducing me to the steemit and I hope to meet more interesting people on the steemit community !

Here a few tips for starters snce you probably won't get any advice from those who comment under here, here's what I gathered thus far.
It's tough to make money at first so if that's your main cause to be on here grind that into your head straight away, that doesn't mean you shouldn't post content, you should, but enganging with others in the comment sections to grow your following is your best bet. Which categories?
Probably the introduce yourself one and the photography section but you can choose things that you have knowledge about too and then go from there just know that there is a lot of crap on here so plowing through that just to connect with others can be tough. Cheers.
