STEEMIT through the EYES of a MIND MAP 👀

Hi! My name is Ivan and I just joined steemit a few days ago. I am 33 years old and currently I am a full time professional poker player.

Recently I got into crypto and began dedicating my entire free time to studying the amazing block-chain technology and getting a deeper understanding of the ever growing cryptocurrency market and individual projects.

The way I have been approaching studying over the past few years is through mind mapping. For those of you who are not familiar with mind mapping, my simplest explanation is that this is basically a "note taking system" that stimulates your entire brain through colors and images, helping you remember and recall information more optimally than the conventional note taking approaches. In the near future I might make an in depth article about mind mapping and its benefits.

As I am a complete newbie to Steemit and crypto I decided my first mind map to be on Steemit itself. Through the research I have done I ended up on the following article https://steemit.com/steemit/@donkeypong/simply-steemit-your-no-nonsense-guide-to-getting-started written by @donkeypong a while back(Thanks btw). What you will see in the mind map above is basically "my notes" on the article. I would strongly suggest for all newcomers to read this article and follow the mind map. I have made some minor adjustments (for example in Site Layout/Viewing Your Account branch) which were a bit outdated in the article, but nothing major. After you read the article once, you can print the mind map for example and use it as a referral every time you need it instead of going through the whole article again. Just like looking at your notes. 😁

My goal with this Blogs I am about to start is to mind map as many projects as possible to get a better understanding of the overwhelming crypto world. As I have already made a couple of long term investments (my first ones) into altcoins I will start mind mapping those in the upcomming posts. I am talking about Cardano, Power Ledger, Stellar, Tron, Storj and EOS. After that I am opened to suggestions. Keep in mind that currently my time is really limited and I will do my best to post as much as possible. Also keep in mind those are only "the notes" of a beginner and if I am missing out on some important information, this can be added and the map can be adjusted instantly.

Finally as I am writing this post I assume you won't be able to fully take advantage of the mind map, because I expect to have some issues with the size of it on the Steemit platform. If you have any idea how I can post the pdf file somewhere to share it with you guys, so that you are able to download and print it, let me know where.
