AN INCREDIBLE COLLECTION OF NIGHT BUTTERFLIES PART 2
Hello, greetings to the entire Steemit community
Today I want to share with all of you the second part of the collection of nocturnal butterflies that I managed to capture in the city of Ibagué here in Colombia, which belong to the order of insects known as lepidoptera, due to the shape of their wings and Striking colors are considered one of the most beautiful insects on the planet.
The metamorphosis of lepidoptera is holometabolous, where its life cycle is divided into four stages: eggs, larvae, chrysalis and adults. In addition, they can reach a size of up to 25 cm.
The photos were taken from a Canon Powershot Sd940 camera. I hope you liked it, see you in the next post.
