Look, the punishment is way over the top, I get it. He still knowingly and deliberately broke the law and he deserves to go to prison. For life? No.
Absolutely, the punishment doesn't fit the alleged crime, so unconstitutional.
Actually we don't know for sure what he "deliberately" did, as the defense was not able to present its case. I would hope we could agree that people deserve a fair trial to determine that, and not just accept the government narrative.
