Allow me to Introduce Myself...

Hi Everyone! I am passionate about the realm of Well~Being and what that means in our daily lives. I have studied alternative health practices and plant medicines with the intent of sharing what I have learned. From ancient texts to sitting at the feet of Medicine Men and Women from indigenous tribes, I wanted to find an outlet to publish that allowed me the freedom to write down my experiences.

I will be writing about body, mind, emotion, and spirit as well as sharing best practices and inspiration from others. I live in the United States though I study all cultures as they each have something beneficial to share with the world.

I love the mystery in history, and how science seems to be discovering what the Ancients already knew.

I am practicing a plant-based diet, and I promise not to judge or shame anyone who chooses differently! Health and wellness come as much from what we eat as from what we think and feed our minds.

I absolutely love the idea of a new currency such as bitcoin and believe this can really help the world.

I also love to paint as it brings me a sense of peace, and sometimes I just can't sit still to meditate.
