Thanks for sending me the link here, it was a good read. I have had dealings with friends with similar issues and in my former ministry work in the past even out your way for weeks (I did not make it to Nova Scotia or Newfoundland, I am not sure where you guys are) - and it is not easy but it is refreshing and I think healthy when someone can admit and confront such things, your wording about warning people so you don't hurt them was along those lines too.
