"Penguin Club"?

No, I am not a penguin. Nor a member of the "Penguin Club". In fact, I do not even knew of such, I think I've never heard of it.
But when my initial attempt to collect "1000 followers in 100 days" have failed, I said - well, not so bad anyway, 101 days sound good too. Especially if it brings 1001 to my list.

I entered into google "101 days of fun" to get some ideas for the visual illustration to the title of this post. And got this:

Since it looked nice and funny to me, I even did not look any further.

Long story short, I just finished my 101 days of a pure fun on Steemit.

This have brought to my list 1001 follower.

Without to much sweat and effort. Without begging F-4-F (follow-for-follow), without posting any games, lotteries, contests, and other tricky methods I have seen.

Followers are great. They give us more visibility. They are must. They inspire to sit down and spend more time writing, writing longer posts.
What can be more demotivating than to see 2 comments, 3 upvotes and $0.07 collected after seven days, when you have spent 2 or 3 days writing a detailed, argumented and illustrated article?

Patience

I think the best is if followers come naturally, not by brute force or deceptive games.
The absolute requirement in doing this is patience. All takes time, blogging takes time too.
Patience is great tool. Which ussually comes with age. Young people so often does not have enought of it. And this is understandable. And natural.

And I dont complain....
