Now a days, Blogs have become a very attractive piece on Internet. I hope earning from blog is the highest return on your investment. This is because it requires almost no investment with high profits.
But to earn money, a blogger needs a good content. He has to ensure that he is getting in right niche to begin with. There are end numbers of topics that an individual could a build a site around. But among all such topics which topics can give huge returns? One important thing is that before decide the niche topic, you must be interested in the topic or not? You could pick a topic, with huge potential , but if you are not interested, it wouldn't work.
Currently there are various topics which are in demand. but i can say there are three topics which are evergreen. Fitness health , Wealth and relationships.
Fitness and health- Its a need of every individual to be fit. Health is essential for all the age groups. A blogger can write on diet plans, exercise schedule, nutrition plans. On internet, there are lots of readers who are interested in reading blogs on health and fitness.

wealth- How to earn money from your existing funds or any other income. people do search on jobs regarding work from home, business plans, about share markets, mutual funds or any other insurance or tax saving plans. A blogger must cover topics which can help people in earning or saving funds.

Relationships- There are lots of Dating websites on internet. There are lots of suggestions regarding new relationships. Social networking sites earning huge incomes from internet. Our lives and our happiness is so dependent on the relationships that we have with another.
