@michaeldavid - Very valid point about relationships! A common goal, mutual trust and respect for each other are the minimum foundations. It is also important to devote time to our relationships as you correctly point out!
LOL- It is so true that we get so many 'Nice post' comments without any value.
I also think that you make another very important point very subtly:

Then grow them with dignity.

This is important. Dignity and mutual respect in a relationship makes it very solid.
