Soda is a big one. A friend of mine went from 450 to 280 only from cutting soda and late night eating. i couldnt believe it. He didnt change anything else.
I can believe the sugars in soda are crazy
I am starting at 230 and want to get to at least 180
Primarily by cutting soda and snacks between meals which I don't have that many

i just realized I cant fit all of my suit pants bro, looks Like I need to do some work to :)
I had to buy new ones a few months back should have taken action then, good news is I bought smart scales yesterday and y starting point isnt as bad as I though 220 not 230 but still a good way to go but 4 days down and on the right track :)
