A Call To Action
We've seen it coming from a mile away and now it's almost upon us: the Democratic party establishment is publicly admitting they would steal the nomination away from Bernie Sanders if he doesn't get more than 50 percent of the pledged delegates. Democracy was already on life-support; will we let it die before our eyes?

The Democratic debate last night was interesting to say the least, and if we're judging the candidates by their performance on stage alone, in my opinion Elizabeth Warren was the clear winner; she took it upon herself to do what the moderators are supposed to do and asked the tough follow-up questions to Bloomberg. The man is a racist bigot and she was the only one to say as much. If we take the primaries as a whole, Sanders was the big winner here; he was the front-runner coming into the debate, and no one was able to touch him. His only task was to make sure that Buttigieg's and Klobuchar's rise in the polls stops here, and they both performed poorly last night, while Sanders had the attitude of a leader who let the kids quarrel among themselves.
We had to wait until the very end of the debate though for the most revealing answers as moderator Chuck Todd asked each of the candidates if they believe that the one with the most delegates and votes should become the nominee; all but one answered "no". Sanders was the only one who said that democracy, that the will of the people should prevail; Bloomberg, Warren, Buttigieg, Biden and Klobuchar all said that the nominee should be appointed by the so called "superdelegates", that is the party elite, if the leading candidate "only" has a plurality and not a majority of the pledged delegates and votes. If that happens, democracy is officially dead. They'll find a reason to steal it from Bernie, if not they'll make a reason happen; they'll stop at nothing to protect their comfortable status quo from the rabble. Biden has no chance anymore to win. Warren has no chance. Pete and Klobuchar had their temporary spot in th sunlight, but don't have a chance to win. All o them admittd as much in that last answer. And they know it; the only possible reason they have to spend a lot more money and stay in the race until the end, is to ensure a brokered convention, the last chance to stop Bernie.
We can not let this pass by. All Democrats who criticize Trump for his authoritarian behavior, but think it's okay to stop Sanders, to go against the will of the voters, should shut up right now. To all others I repeat my question: are you going to let this happen? They've been ignoring you for a half century, your wages haven't moved for 45 years while Bloomberg and his peers have seen their income rise 25% or more, and now there's a candidate who will at least try to give you your fair share of the growing economy, they'll try to shut him up like they've been shutting you up for decades. That's why I'm asking you to watch this short video and to sign the petition right here: WeDecide. It doesn't matter where you live on this planet, the petition is open to everyone; that's good, because no matter where you live, the American government plays a big role in your life. If we let democracy officially die there... Well, let's not think about that yet. Just let your voice be heard by signing this petition. And if You're an American, make sure to vote for the only candidate who has your back, vote Sanders and play your part in getting him the majority, that's more than half of the votes.
The presidential nominee of the Democratic Party must be chosen by the people — not unelected superdelegates in a brokered convention. Ignoring the democratically expressed will of the people would cause irreparable political damage and virtually ensure a Trump re-election.
Because we support democracy and because we must defeat Trump, we call on the Democratic National Committee, all superdelegates, and all presidential candidates to publicly pledge to support the simple democratic idea that the candidate who receives the most votes in the primary must be the nominee.
If party leaders do not promptly heed this petition, we will begin a campaign of nonviolent mass action in the lead-up to, and during, the July Democratic National Convention in Milwaukee to ensure that they respect democracy. #WeDecide

Gotta go to the convention if we can tbh
I would indeed if it was even remotely possible for me... I see that you are an active Sanders supporter though, and want to thank you for doing what you do :-)
