The Tribal "Left" Has Gone COMPLETELY INSANE
Tim Pool is probably my favorite leftist to listen too. He breaks down this graph from the economist magazine that shows how the left's political views have changed over the years while the right's views have stayed mostly the same over the last 40 years. The left has also moved farther to the left during that time and has alienated traditional democrats. I agree with Tim that the libtards on the left are destroying the party. Tim makes a good point that the left alienates anyone against open borders even though studies have shown that illegal immigration hurts wages for blue collar and low skilled workers.
Yes, Immigration Hurts American Workers
This second message might be hard for many Americans to process, but anyone who tells you that immigration doesn’t have any negative effects doesn’t understand how it really works. When the supply of workers goes up, the price that firms have to pay to hire workers goes down. Wage trends over the past half-century suggest that a 10 percent increase in the number of workers with a particular set of skills probably lowers the wage of that group by at least 3 percent. Even after the economy has fully adjusted, those skill groups that received the most immigrants will still offer lower pay relative to those that received fewer immigrants.
By pandering to all these different groups the left is diluting it's values and wrecking the american dream for blue collar workers. This left is no longer focusing on civil rights issues, labor rights, environment or middle class jobs. It's all about identity politics, giving groups special privileges and labeling folks that disagree with this by calling them a racist or some other ad hominem attack.
