The Third Way (free markets, free trade, privatization and deregulation) has helped pave the way for massive inequality, and concentration of power and wealth in the hands of a few. It was a calculated and empty promise to the average working man and woman who's wages haven't changed in 40 yrs. As I'm sure you know, we can thank Clinton for this in part, but truthfully it's just an extension of previous administrations. Both parties wholeheartedly embrace these neoliberal policies as the empire trudges forward. Thanks for making quality posts, you're take on the current state of politics resonates with me. Cheers!
