I really enjoyed reading this piece as it relates closely to some digging and research I was doing last year on the subject of organ harvesting and human trafficking.

Kouchner's connections to Thaci and the KLA are very disturbing and, as you point out, Kouchner has enjoyed a squeaky clean image on the international stage for his humanitarian work.

I can't help but think of the 'White Helmets' here or dozens of other ngos connected to USAID who use the cover of 'humanitarian' aid as a way of infiltrating and conducting operations in areas of conflict.
