This is exactly what will happen to all countries that lose the Information War. Remember why we are fighting, so that we do not come to the point of what the UK is at. Where they throw someone in jail for reporting on Muslim Rape Gangs.
Tommy Robinson is apparently going straight to jail, within 1 hour they convicted him due to some previous reporting he did on grooming gangs.
He may be facing death due to the Muslims in jail who want him dead. He was taken straight into court and had no legal representation, and was convicted and sentenced to 13 months in jail.

What this means, is yes you can talk about it as an average every day citizen, but if you were to go to the court room, and try to get more facts it etc. like journalists who were in the court today - you would not be able to publish that without facing legal troubles. This isn't a game that we are playing, this is real life. For those of you who are joining into fight in this war, know that things like this or worse can happen to you.

It's now a sad fact that we all have to be careful what is said at all times, on all platforms as you can and will be targeted by the corrupt government thought police for telling the truth...
The fraud and corruption is endemic within the government and judicial system. That's one of the reasons why i left and most likely will never return to Britain. The solution to Tommy's plight may lie in a writ of Habeas corpus from his wife and presented at the High Court - which can quickly overrule a decision made by a lower court - and we all know there is nothing lower than a fraudulent administrative court held in secret.
Hopefully the hundreds - if not thousands of people that support the EDL don't resort to the same level of violence as the police / government and they seek a lawful solution to the legal problem.
However if the police / government don't free Tommy in the interests of peace due to the high likelihood of public unrest, i think that the general public will realise that a peaceful solution to the ever expanding extreme left wing government agenda to remove our right to free speech and their continuous importation of low IQ religious extremist's / rapists with a penchant for terrorism - is off the table and mass riots will ensue.
Arrested, tried and sentenced on the same day, and nobody can report on it?

Just published an article on some of the the events related to this case. Tommy is a brave man for all he has done. As I've yet to personally read the case against him and all the facts, it can at least be said that someone - or hopefully many others - need to carry the torch foward and continue to shed light on the whole grooming gang situation.
I also want to make it clear that I don't believe it is a "Muslim problem" - it is a network of low-lifes doing this sort of evil, who happen to be Muslim. They are the type of people Gaddafi and Saddam Hussein would have kept in check. Yet, weak Western leaders let them in our countries and cower in fear over the consequences of their foolish mistakes. They cause the problem to grow by hiding it. The whole lot of the involved politicians and other criminals need to see proper justice - and deportation, if legally possible.
I think the Muslims are also victims in a VERY dirty game. They are brought into the western nations on purpose to create all this problems which now arise. Now they are being used to create even more division to provide an excuse for tougher laws. Nothing happens by mistake. Look who is behind all that...
Yes. I agree, @herrleeb. Quite a few of us see the complete picture. We are learning more every day, of the type of information once reserved for only the elites and wealthy scholars. Some, I'd say have surpassed the cabal in many areas of expertise. Things are about to get even more interesting.
This is proof of the utter depravity of the EU. People are being renditioned for simply reporting on crime committed by a protected class of terrorists, being imported en masse by the EU government.

Well, well. Isn't this reminiscent of the scenario we discussed a while back? The problem with those who so ineffectively oppose the Marxist international revolution is their unflinching loyalty to the principles of Western civilization. While the Marxist dregs are not bound by any principles, rules, or traditions, those opposed to the Marxist lunacy tend to cling-on to their cherished principles, in effect, shackling their ability to effectively combat International Marxism. Unless you are willing and able to betray your beliefs, then the war is already lost; you may as well prepare yourself to kneel before your new Marxist overlords.
The West has been losing the ideologic war for the past 50-years to the Marxist internationalists because it does not recognize that it is under attack. Lenin, Stalin, or Mao could never have dreamt of the success the Marxist international revolution would achieve, in infiltrating every facet of Western intelligentsia. The so-called "conservative" resistance to this rampant war is essentially to organize tea to discuss differing opinions, while their entire sociocultural edifice has been dismantled by those who have no further purpose than to see their society burnt to ashes around them.
There is a reason why it was the fascists who were the only ones able to effectively resist Marxist traitors in Europe. With the entire Western culture systematically dismantled in judicial, religious, and social spheres, can you continue to cling-on to your principles that hinder your resistance against this Marxist cancer? Recognize that the Marxists you are fighting are not fellow citizens, or misguided youths, but poisonous cancer that must be excised from the human race. If they bring a knife, you ought to be willing to bring a gun; if they character assassinate one of you, be prepared to character assassinate entire organizations and institutions; if they send one of you to the hospital, be ready to send ten of them to the morgue. If you can not betray your principles, in order to preserve them, then there is no purpose in disseminating "truth."

It is sad to note that in all the nations of the world, but America birthed the Jacksonian culture of can-do individualism and tolerance of eccentricities within the bounds of respect for rule of law and community.
It seems to have waned, yet I hear it's voice still in the hardware store, at the shooting range, and in Wal-Mart. While armed resistence may be one facet of resistence against the Marxist muck, the current Western insistence on "freedom of speech" and protection of "rights" of your enemies is commensurate to a policy of cultural suicide. The Marxist scum and the Islamist dreg are not bound by such civilized niceties, nor do they desire to live in such civilized societies. Their aim is to burn down the West and drag it down into the gutters of their barbarism. The days of half-measures and civilized discourse is over.
His Majesty George III restrained his officers from engaging in total war against the colonies, which were led by petulant dregs with no regard to civilized warfare. Against a foe bound by little to no constraint, arbitrarily shackling your own capacity to war is the surest path to defeat. Also, it was not the carpet bombings that defeated Germany. That was but mop-up. The Russians starved them to death on the Eastern Front, and that broke the back of the Reich.
If you are willing to abandon your principles, you don't have any. It won't matter if you're a marxist, or ancap, or whatever, in principle, because those principles stand for nothing if you discard them. When you do, you become just another terrorist, and lose the hearts and minds of free people.
It is a falsehood to categorically state that one must descend to the level of villainy your enemies do in order to defeat them. Doing so actually reduces your effectiveness and the morale of your military forces and people. There's a reason we oppose such villains, and it's because they do as you advise, and abandon honor, justice, and reason for villainy, terrorism, and raw power.
That's why they will always lose in the end to people that have principles. War is not won on the battlefield, but before any military engagement occurs. Vermin torture. Honorable people do not support vermin, but people who maintain just treatment. Vermin thus lose the hearts and minds, and eventually the war.
The USA has lost a huge amount of international support as a result of resorting to scumbaggery and literal torture, as well as dividing it's people and losing much of it's strength at home. If that course doesn't soon reverse, and it looks like it won't, with Bloody Gina now CIA director, the USA will soon be as reviled as any banana republic or common thuggish dictatorship.
The adherence to the principles laid out in the Declaration of Independence, although often but in the breach, has created the most powerful nation in the world. Abandoning those principles has dramatically weakened it. It looks to get weaker still, soon.
It is greatly perplexing and fascinating for me to follow your defense of the weapons clause in the US legal statutes, and your defense of the "rights" of your enemies to dismantle your society. If you are not willing to temporarily silence your opposition using legal, economic, and social pressures/intimidation, what makes you think that you will be willing to permanently silence your enemies with your weapons? It is more likely that the Marxist and Islamist scum will use the weapons clause of your judicial matrix to fully dismantle and silence any opposition to their barbarism.
People have rights. People can use those rights as they see fit. What you advocate isn't lawfully using rights, but any means that may be available to harm people you consider enemies.
That includes many crimes.
Criminals commit crimes. Criminals are the enemies of free people. I am not an enemy of free people, but of criminals. Therefore I don't commit crimes opposing criminals, and no free person should.
When free people use their rights to take up common cause against criminals, they win. When free people become criminals, free people lose, and criminals win.
Your argument seems to be that it is irrelevant whether one is good or evil, as long as one wins.
I vehemently disagree, and expect free people to be able to trust one another, rely on one another, and to work together to oppose criminals and their depredations successfully in time. Amongst the things that need to happen first is that the criminal lies that are used to confuse and seduce free, law-abiding people to abandon the righteous principles that make them free--and when this succeeds, those formerly free people become criminals--need to be revealed, prevented, and overcome with truth and mutual support.
The most important weapon is principle, and only by adhering to just and lawful principles can that weapon be wielded. Abandoning that weapon reduces the power of the free to that wielded by criminals, and that is foolish.
The truth will set you free. When you abandon principles, you become your own worst enemy. Doing so secures your defeat in the contest for a just society.
"Rights" from whom? "Rights" guaranteed by what? "Rights" based upon which legitimate authority? People within a polity have previleges accorded a citizen in forms of legal protection. The state/crown has no obligation to extend legal protection to those whose only purpose is the destruction of its sociocultural matrix. According legal previleges to traitors is sociocultural suicide, in which process the West has been engaged for the past 50 years. Why not allow the CCP to blast its propaganda directly to Western citizens without restriction? Oh wait, the West already accords such legal protection to a clear foreign, hostile entity. Your faith in human rationality and virtuousness is a reflection of your own character. Man tend to attribute those characteristics he himself possesses. Yet, be aware that some men intentionally spew falsehood to an audience of unwise losers with the explicit purpose of increasing misery and chaos. It makes a lot more sense now finding out he was on a suspended sentence. I've gotta be the bad guy here and say he probably should have seen this coming. He has gotten away with a lot under the laws that have been fucked for some time. Cat and mouse as it was in that situation could only go on for so long.

Even though my heritage is German and Italian, I suppose I have been an Anglophile for quite some time. And having an affinity for their culture makes seeing it breaking down into a totalitarian nightmare much worse.
Honestly dumbfounded as to how to react to such a classic example of "secret police". And it makes me wonder how the population in the UK is allowing them to get away with this.
I would not be surprised if open revolt of government officials begins in that country.
