The Cowardly Commie

Nancy Pelosi recently declared that the House of Representatives was going to conduct pre-impeachment hearings.

Who the hell is Nancy to do that?
President Trump plus the Republican members of the Senate and Republican members of the House as part of a reasonable “Push back” have demanded that the House of Representatives vote on the commencement of pre-impeachment hearings.

Nancy, who declares that she wants to protect the constitution, says that there I no provision of the constitution which requires such a vote.

Well Nancy, please point out to America, the provision of the Constitution which permits you to open pre-impeachment hearing on your own, just because you “feel like it.”

Pundits have speculated that the Republican push back is predicated on the belief that such a vote would jeopardize the positions of those members of the House who gained their seats by pledging to their respective constituent that they would work with Republicans to achieve goals for the American people.

That punditry may well be true.

But, the primary reason that the cowardly Commie does not want to take that vote is because such a vote would entitle both Democrats and Republicans in the House to issue subpoenas and conduct public hearings involving witnesses selected by such Republicans.

Without that vote, the Democrats in the House presently have no subpoena power.

The letters issued by Democrats threatening subpoenas and the pieces of paper with the word subpoena on then are worthless pieces of paper and are no more than an embarrassing example of those Democrat Party twits playing house.
If the Democrat dummies believe that their silly subpoenas are valid, wait until the try to enforce their silly pieces of paper. The courts will blow those Democrats away, humiliating those dopey Democrats in the process, by issuing scathing decisions.

Nancy and her cohorts are terrified of Republicans having subpoena power.

China Joe Biden has already become exposed for China Joe’s political corruption as a result of the stupidity of the Democrat’s efforts to investigate President Trump.

Nancy is terrified that the acceptance of a fortune of Pelosi family money from Communist China will be exposed to the American public.
Likewise, other Democrat members of Congress are terrified that heir receipt of bribes from the Communists will be expose to the American people.

Democrats are screaming that ”Trump’s effort to obtain dirt on a political opponent is tantamount to treason.”

What about the efforts of the Obama- Biden administration and the proven efforts of Hillary Clinton and the Democrat National Committee seeking dirt on Donald Trump to support their Russian collusion delusion?

What about the written demands made by several Democrat members of the US Senate that Ukraine continue supplying dirt on Trump or lose US funds?

Republicans would be entitled to explore such matters as:
When, and how many times did Adam Schiff and any one or more of Adam’s legion of taxpayer employed (or paid) people receive contact from the “whistle blower?”
Which lawyer (and/or lawyers) did the Schiff’s people recommend that the “whistle blower” contact and/or use.

What group of lawyers wrote the obviously prepared by lawyers “complaint” filed by the “whistle blower”
And finally did Schiff’s “whistle blower blow that whistle of from his lips? Or, as is popularly believed, did Schiff’s “whistle blower” blow that whistle out of his ass?

Even if the cowardly Commie, Nany Pelosi, fails to cause the House of Representatives to take a vote:

Let us remember that the Democrats are whining that “Congress is a co-equal branch of government, and that as such Congress has an obligation of oversight over the executive branch of government.

If that argument is correct, the Executive branch of government must have an obligation of oversight of Congress.

It is about time that President Trump order the Executive branch of government to oversee the wrongdoing of Congress and its members.

Remember, that the Democrat mantra is:

“No one is above the law!”
