The Democrat Party has hated Donald Trump from the day that he was elected president.

Even prior to that date, rouge senior executives in the FBI had commenced activities, which morphed into Operation Cross-fire-Hurricane to spy on Donald Trump.

Using the spy apparatus of the federal government cannot occur without the knowledge and approval of the president of the United States.

The report of Stanley Horwitz, the Inspector General of the Justice Department has detailed 15 specific lies contained in the Justice Department actions against Donald Trump both in his capacity as presidential candidate and as president-elect.

While the Horowitz report states that no written admission of bias was located, Horowitz did say in his testimony before the U S Senate that no person who had any involvement in the anti-president activity was exempt from wrongdoing.

The “evidence” presented to the FISA court under penalty of perjury contained no fewer than 15 lies.

The Horowitz, Justice Department, Inspector General‘s report establishes conclusively that the Russian conclusion delusion was started illegally.

he only response from the dopey Democrats is that Horowitz did not find any written document that said that the Muller investigation was begum for political reasons, but that Horwitz report did identify 17 acts of serious wrongdoing that could not be explained by the Justice Department employees who committed those wrongdoings.

Ultimately the Mueller report found no wrongdoing by Trump and Mueller was exposed to be a doddering incompetent by a hearing presided over by Jerry Nadler

Because his spying required the approval of then president Obama, this means that the Obama- Biden administration was spying on President Trump.

Clearly, Joe Biden was guilty of illegally seeking dirt on his political rival.

Did the Schiff impeachment Committee vote to impeach Biden?

Many Democrat congresspersons rose in the House to demand the impeachment of president Trump.

Those Democrats whined that if Trump were not impeached, he (Trump) would clearly be re-elected.

Recently, Nancy Pelosi was accused of rushing the impeachment process.
In response, Nany (Thinking that she was giving a “smart ass” response, blurted out that here was no rush because the Democrats had been doing this for more than two years, thereby admitting that this impeachment game was a total sham, because those two year preceded the call with the Ukrainian president by more than a year.

Why were the Democrats so agitated?

Trump took what the Democrats believed was their power and was threatening to cut off and stop their illegal schemes to make themselves rich at the expense of the American taxpayer.

Trump had campaigned on the slogan “Drain the Swamp.”

Draining the swamp terrified the greedy Democrats.

In addition, Trump turned out to be such a good politician that he beat the Bush Dynasty and the Clinton dynasty and was soon acknowledged as a superb politician and he re-unforced that image with his incredibly successful rallies

Bozo Biden.

China Joe Biden took his son Hunter to China on Airforce 2 and Hunter returned with a multi-billion dollar deal for Rosemont Seneca, a start – up financial services firm, owned by Hunter Biden (the son of the Vice president) and Christopher Heinz ( the stepson of Secretary of State John Kerry).

No Wall Street firm got that contract.

Shortly after that, China Joe told America that the Chinese are not going to eat our lunch and that the Chinese are not bad guys.

(In other words Joe was hilling for China – his part of being paid off.

Hunter was bounced out of the Navy for doing drugs.

After that Joe arranged for Hunter to become an executive of Amtrak.

Obama put Joe Biden in charge of Ukraine matters.

Suddenly, Hunter Biden is appointed as a director of Ukraine’s largest Gas Company, Burisma, which is owned by a corrupt Oligarch.
Soon Hunter was being paid millions of dollars per year for this no-show-know nothing job.

Christopher Heinz is soon also became involved in this Burisma gig.

When the Oligarch, owner of Burisma, was being investigated by the Ukrainian government, Hunter Biden and his pal (John Kerry’s stepson petitioned the John Kerry’s State Department to intervene on behalf of the Oligarch.

Ultimately, Joe Biden was seen bragging on television as to how he had threatened to withhold American aid to Ukraine unless Ukraine fired the oligarch’s persecutor.

Was Joe Biden impeached for threating to withhold foreign aid for his own personal benefit?

Hunter Biden sired a child out of wedlock,

Hunter had been having an affair with the wife of his dead brother.

Hunter was doing drugs again, and frequenting strip clubs.

Eventuallyl he sire a child with one of the strippers, namely, London Raegan, whom he met during his hunting expeditions.
Hunter is now being sued for failure to provide parental support for his little child.

Hunter, who had been pocketing millions of dollars a month from the schemes he had arrange through daddy, now claims that he has no money.

The child support court has ordered Hinter to provide copies of his IRS returns. Hunter has refused and Hunter’s lawyers in the non-support case have resigned with court permission.

Amazingly when this fact was raised during Schiff’s made for TV sham hearing, the Democrats howled that this was unfair of the Republicans.

The Democrats are still whining that they want to see the tax returns of every member of the Trump family, but suddenly believe that the tax returns of Hunter Biden are off limits.

Creepy Joe Biden has been even putting his hands on omen without their consent.

Joe Biden is on videotape bragging about the fact that he got a Ukrainian investigator fired. That investigator was investigating Hunters gas company Burisma. Joe Biden achieved this firing by threatening to withhold U. S. aid to Ukraine.

Joe has recently bragged that he enjoyed the fact that young boys were stroking his (Joe Biden’s) hairy legs and that he (Joe Biden) enjoyed having those boys sitting on Joe’s lap.

Recently Joe was sucking on his wife’s fingers and bit her requiring her to have medical attention.

Biden has continually not known the name of the city in which he was then campaigning and made other foolish mistakes.

Obama has not endorsed is former vice president and supposedly best buddy.

Biden has openly been accused of making racist remarks, and got into a shouting match with an 80 year old Iowa caucus goer who inquired about his son Hunter.

Joe Biden touts his experience in foreign affairs.

Obama administration foreign affairs “experts” have said that Biden was wrong on every foreign affairs decision which he (Biden) ever made.

Biden counters by touting his endorsement by former Secretary of State, John Kerry.

Of course Kerry’s stepson. Christopher Heinz is Hunter Biden’s buddy in the Biden illegal get rich schemes.

The dirty Democrats have been trying to impeach Trump from day one, but could not establish a constitutional ground for doing so.

Now the dirty democrats are suggesting “Abuse of power” meaning that Trump tried to get Ukraine to investigate Biden for Trump’s political advantage.

In order for this ridiculous claim to be real, the dirty Democrats would have to convince the American people that Trump, the consummate politician, was so afraid of that bozo, Joe Biden, that Trump believed that the only way that he could beat that bozo, ho has been regularly dropping in the polls, was to ask for the help of some Ukrainians.

That argument is so dopey, that Americans are laughing.

Biden is a Democrat Party Senator who clearly threated to withhold aid to Ukraine, unless Ukraine took action to protect hunter Biden’s employer.

Several other Democrat U.S. senators threatened the government of Ukraine that foreign aid to Ukraine would be withheld, unless the Ukrainian government continued to dig up dirt on Donald Trump.

That threat was made in writing, in a letter signed by Dick Durbin (D. Ill.), Patrick Leahy (D. Vt.), and Robert Menendez (D. NJ.)

When the republicans on the impeachment committees say that the Ukrainians interfered against Trump in the 2016 presidential election, the Democrats yell that that claim has been “debunked.”

.By whom was it debunked?
Did the new Ukrainian anti-corruption court get it wrong wen that court concluded a few months ago that Ukraine had interfered with Trump’s election by providing dirt to Trump’s opponents.

What were the Democrat letters demanding the continuation of Ukrainian efforts to find dirt on Trump referring to if that practice had been debunked?

There is another ironic element of the claims of the Democrats.

Several so -called witnesses” called before the Schiff show claimed (opined) that the prestige of president Zelinsky of Ukraine was damaged because president Zelinsky never received an invitation to visit the White House.

However, after president Zelinsky said that President Trump had done no wrong during the July 25 telephone call, the Democrats accused president Zelinsky of lying “because president Zelinsky might have been intimidated by President Trump.”

We are sure that being called a liar by the majority in the U. S. House of Representatives did a lot for the prestige of president Zelinsky.

If the dopey Democrats argue that President Trump should be punished for damaging the prestige of president Zelinsky (When President Trump clearly took no affirmative action to do that, especially in view of the meeting of the two presidents at the U. N.), what punishment should be imposed on the dopey Democrats who really did damage president Belinsky’s prestige.

Finally, the impeachment committees forwarded impeachment recommendations to the House.

Those recommendations are clearly unconstitutional and subject to a motion to dismiss, for all of the following reasons:

1. Our founders decried political impeachments, leading Nancy Pelosi to declare that impeachment must be bi-partisan.

The committee votes were supported by no Republicans and supported only by Democrats.

1. The constitution requires a finding of high crimes and misdemeanors. This requirement was not satisfied.

Count one declares only “abuse of power” This is not an impeachable offense.

Count two declares “obstruction of Congress.” Not only is this not impeachable. It is clearly not even stablished.

2a.) some members of the executive branch of government received subpoenas, not from Congress, but rather from some committee flunkies who are not elected officials.

Some Executive branch members declared that they were going to exercise their executive privilege in not jumping to comply.

If Congress wanted to enforce subpoenas, the proper way to do that, is to seek a ruling from the judiciary. The failure of the Democrat members of Congress to take that step means that the Democrats failed to exhaust their administrative remedies (an essential element in law to make a matter justiciable).

2b..) The Democrats have unclean hands. (A o no in litigation)

The Republican members of Congress have been demanding that Democrats produce witnesses, but the Democrats have refused to produce those witnesses.

Adam Schiff, the phony whistle blower, Joe Biden, and Hunter Biden were in witness protection during both the Schiff and the Nadler hearings.

The Republicans have demanded written evidence in the hands of the Democrats, but the democrats have refused to produce those documents.

1. “Evidence” supposedly adduced during evidentiary made for TV, scripted in advance and rehearsed by members of the fawning Hollywood crowd. Was nothing more than opinion, supposition and inference), none of which would be permitted by a competent jurist presiding over an impeachment pocked in the U. S. Senate

The impeachment embarrassment produced by only Democrats should be summarily dismissed upon its arrival in the U.S. Senate, and thereafter, the executive branch of government (in the persons of Attorney General Barr, and US Attorney Durham) should prosecute all of those who committed illegal acts in the spying, sedition and coup attempts against the duly elected president of the United States.
