ANOTHER IMPEACHMENT EMBARRASSMENT

Following the sham impeachment of President Trump, Nancy Pelosi is withholding the impeachment paper failing to send them the U, S. Senate, claiming that she will not send those papers to the Senate, until she receives assurances that the Senate will conduct a fair trial.

This is hilarious, in light of the impeachment charade which she conducted in the House.

Nancy protest that the House proceedings were fair.

We can test that nonsense by having the Senate adopt the House rules for the Senate trial.

For example:

Only those witnesses selected and approved by the Republican leader of the impeachment trial in the Senate (the “RITL”) may select witnesses for the Trial.

Only questions approved by the RITL may be asked.

The SRL may interrupt answers by witnesses if the SRL decides that he does not want that answer to be made public.

Chuck Schumer is whining that Senate majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, is biased and should recuse himself.

Is there any rational person in America who believes that Chuck Schumer is not biased?

We recall that Former Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, was recused from the Russian Collusion matter, because he might have been a witness.

Chuck Schumer has been whining that if the Republicans in the Senate do not allow witnesses, Americans could claim that the senate was not conducting a fair trial.

Nancy’s game was recommended to her by ultra-liberal Harvard law School professor Larry Tribe.

The issue now is whether Nancy’s failure to deliver the impeachment papers to the senate negates the impeachment entirely.

The delay entitles the senate to move for the summary dismissal of the entire matter for failure to prosecute and/or for failure to prosecute timely (under the widely recognized principal that every accused is entitled to a speedy trial.
