We have been seeing the term "Affordable Housing" everywhere lately. We have a housing crisis and need more afordable housing we are told. Well, if you think that means buildings with lower rent.....Wrong! Turns out affordable housing is government subsidized housing. Projects for working folks! I kid you not!
