Correct, which is what our Founding Fathers warned us about. But you are spot on, they must get them all, OR ELSE!
They forget that we have a lot of machinists that can roll their own...and grabbing them will just make them more valuable, and these machinists will begin to look at side work. `After all, making booze illegal sure shut down illegal drinking, and making drugs Illegal stopped them too...NOT!1
