Maryland red flag law kills an innocent 61 year old Maryland citizen; and spins it as a good thing!
The Red Flag laws are an abuse of power, that has now taken the life of an innocent Man!
While the powers that be sing it's praises as a perfect tool...of a totalitarian government!

The obvious and tragic loss of life due to use of "Red Flag Laws" begins.
A 61-year-old Maryland man is dead after he refused to give his gun up to officers at his home, as they were attempting to enforce the state’s “red flag” law.
Around 5:17 in the morning, two police officers showed up at Gary J. Willis’ home to serve an Extreme Risk Protective Order (AKA Red Flag Law) to the man. Their intent was to remove any guns from his household.
As one of the few outcomes of these Ref Flag Laws, in an effort to "protect" this innocent Man from a perceived risk; Police kill the Man they were sent to save!
Now they are apparently unsure who turned him in to begin with!
Here is what I find interesting though: according to reports, it was unclear at the time who called in the red flag on Willis to police. So, police got the tip that Willis shouldn’t own guns, but did not investigate who was reporting it or whether it was a legitimate claim. From the sounds of it, they simply showed up ready to take his guns, and left with his life.
We are now in a totalitarian state substituting the Second Amendment for a Red Flag law enforced by Murder!
That is an infringement of our constitutional right, under the Second Amendment, to bear arms. Willis is not the only American who will refuse to give up their guns. This could quickly turn into a civil war.
This bodes badly for our future, where the government can initiate a red flag confiscation report, show up and demand our firearms, and kill us at the leisure....
Is this a sign of what’s to come? Is this what we should expect now? Anyone can call in a red flag claim (scorned ex, grumpy neighbor, upset coworker, angry family member, etc) and it is enforced without investigation?
Especially particularly dangerous, because this "enforcement" is anchored in the use of deadly force. A legal, risk free way to murder those that piss you off, using unrestricted government force to actually commit your cherished murder!
Anne Arundel County Police Sergeant Jacklyn David said, “Under the law, family, police, mental health professionals can all ask for the protective orders to remove weapons.”
Unfortunately for Willis, death came in place of liberty.
This happened in November of 2018. This is what Democrats want as law of the land in the entire country. Let that sink in.
This was a terrible idea from the outset, and it continues to get worse daily! This is a tool of tranny designed to destroy our Constitution, our Republic, and our freedom! NO good can come of this tool of Satan.

Just weeks ago, new legislation went into effect that can remove guns through protective orders from owners who may be a danger to themselves or others.
The first month of the “Red Flag Law” drew more than 100 requests, with most coming from family members and spouses.
Make me wonder how many of the 114 requests were offered to protect; and how many were intended to dispense harm? With no attempt to verify the truth, no one will ever know; and the government doesn't give a damn!
All they know is that THIS "law" gives them the illegal "authority" to murder anyone they decide to kill. All they need do is to report their Target, to themselves; then go murder their selected victim, and then say he fired on them. Makes me wonder if the man killed here actually fired on the Police; or if he was just someone they wanted dead, so they just murdered him!
That incident alone, police say, is a sign that this law is long overdue.
WTF? Without this "law"; this Innocent Man would still be alive! Now we have to stare into this abyss, while they try to brainwash us that THIS is a good idea! Disgusting abuse of power, that is resulting in the death of innocent Citizens....

I am continually amazed at the narrow vision of most people "while they try to brainwash us that THIS is a good idea!" while "THEY" promote mandatory innoculation, using vaccines that are made from LIVE VIRUSES and use lethal amounts of Mercury, Lead, Aluminum among other things to inject into our children.
How about the WEAPON that kills twice the number of Americans annually than guns? How about regulating the societally acceptable DRUNK DRIVERS or the ones who drive under the influence of new prescription drugs and wipe out 10 or more children at a time?
