Censorship, thy name is Facebook, er Twitter, or Instagram, or was it Google?
Totalitarian censorship becomes mainstream on the internet here in the US! Is this what we want for our children? Is this acceptable as our new normal? Do we allow big Tech to destroy our right to free speech? Or do we Muzzle these people and make them a public utility; subject to the Rule of Law?

It seems like everyone, literally everyone, is on one social media platform or another. How much of what you see on a regular basis is political? Probably a decent chunk of it. It seems as though people, especially younger generations, are using Facebook and Twitter as their news sources and the liberal powers at be know this. The Big Tech giants have been censoring conservative voices and personalities in a desperate attempt to control the flow of information. It’s tragic just how many people are being duped by their underhanded tactics and have bought into the lies of the left.
It appears that this is the only way they can ensure that they can subvert the next election enough to "win". People are beginning to understand what they intend to do to this Republic, and the same ones do NOT want anything to do with them! They are malignant, and desperate! They censor opposing ideas, which forces polarization, that must ultimately cause violence!
Facebook and Twitter and other such social media platforms are truly ruining America. All the talk about Trump allegedly colluding with Russia to “steal” the election in 2016 is incredibly entertaining when you consider leftist Big Tech companies are literally controlling the flow of information in the US and to what end? Obviously to effect the 2020 presidential election. There’s the real election tampering.

Censored Social Media echo chambers have done untold damage to this Nation! By encouraging only liberal views, they are driving down accurate news on social media trying to make it mirror the MSM complex. Gateway Pundent paid $100,000.00 to Facebook to build a page with over 3 1/4 Million fans. FB closed down this page claiming that Gateway Pundents was trying to imitate someone else (in this case President Trump), so they shut him down! I am sure they kept the set up cash though....

We need some kind of protectuon and value service, whete our own personal data can be assed and valued. We can then stary sueing these mobs for compensation. That should curtail their activities somewhat. As a pioneering industry. We the consumers, need to take control of this behemoth.

Agreed, this has to cause them harm, maybe by a anti-trust lawsuit here. Break them up like the phone company was! If they are made a public utility, they could be sued for censorship.
I use www.duckduckgo.com for my search engine and Protonmail for my emails; and it has kept my data secure. I also run Linex, so windows can't sell my data!
Sometimes, when I am bored, I go to google and enter bad data, to foul their database. I write out half a dozen identities, and make sure i enter them several times. They can not ignore manual input, especially when it is entered more than once. I do it on paper, because some times I use an old paper...that really frosts their cookies!
BUT I left all the social media, and went to blockchains only; they hate that too!
I was thrown off twice, before I fired them...permanently!

When you start yes, but it needs to be flat for the final test. Put newspaper under it overnight to see if it leaks!

Most people don’t care about their privacy or how they are manipulated they just want free access to content
Those who do care defect to other platforms like steemit! Instead of continuing to feed the beast remove yourself from it, grab your friends and move to something else and let’s break up their ability to influence people and make money
They only do this because they are seen as the only game in town
I bailed out, and have not gone back. I have taken people with me, but steemit has fried them with the hardforks. Some moved to weku, but some went back to the dark side.
There are, sadly, many who don't understand the risk with data mining, SMH!
But WE must fire them, and make it stick!
I spend more time on blockposts that I ever did on FB! I do that because it is enjoyable for me, and it allows me to post important things that would be censored elsewhere....
