This is becoming insane (insaner?) I read today where the powers that shouldn't be are going after the Amish. They already are in NY over vaccines, but now in Michigan for "health concerns" such as plumbing and electricity. They're threatening to tear down the Amish homes.
That won't go over well.
I can't speak about NY, but I know it won't in Mich. I lived there and the Amish are well liked, particularly in mid-Michigan (Clare & Gladwin counties). I had Amish neighbors and they don't come any better.
