Obamanation: Obama's Army of Progressive Activists

As protesters waited at locations across the country for President Trump to announce his nomination for Supreme Court Justice, many on social media were saying these people needed to simply, get a job. It is surprising to see that a good number of people believe these protesters are average citizens either taking time off work or are unemployed and just have the time to go out and protest.

Ever wonder how when ever an issue comes up the Left is able to mobilize large numbers of people seemingly on a moment's notice? The simple answer is- they pay them. While the rest of America is hard at work trying to support their families- the Left sends busloads of people at a time to wherever they're needed. I've been suspicious of this for a long time. I did my undergrad work in political science and there's a phenomenon there known as "imperfect mobilization." Simply put, it's almost impossible to mobilize groups of people to act simultaneously because of other factors such as multiplicity of interest... However, when the people have only one issue, e.g. a paycheck, it becomes easier to understand- not to mention why that large amount of people can afford to take time off to attend.

And the pay isn't bad at that... $15 - $20 per hour, not to mention benefits like 401K's, health insurance that includes vision and dental, retirement plans and more- some make up to $1500 a week. This is all part of Obama's brainchild Organizing For Action, established in 2013 it succeeded Obama's 2012 election campaign. According to Wikipedia:   Organizing for Action succeeds Organizing for America, which was formed under similar circumstances, but operated under the control of the Democratic National Committee.[10] In preparation for President Obama's second term, Organizing for America was relaunched as a nonprofit group in order to mobilize support behind the president's legislative and political agenda. Organizing For Action is Obama's army of activists ready to spring into action whenever their comandante summons them,

Their own website describes them as, " a nonpartisan, progressive nonprofit advocating for real, lasting change on the big issues Americans care about. We’re a family of organizers who embody the guiding values of “Respect, Empower, Include.” This movement is powered by folks like you who step up and make their voices heard. Fired up? Apply now to join our team. A "nonpartisan progressive" organization... I can't think of anyone more partisan than a progressive. It's the progressives that are fighting to silence free speech. It's the progressives that try to thwart every piece of legislation the President proposes. This is also from their webpage...

Benefits

OFA provides excellent health, dental, and vision benefits, so you can always feel your best.

Getting to work

With both a pre-tax commuter benefit and an annual bike-share membership, we try to make getting to work as easy as possible.

Flexibility

Our work schedules are flexible because we realize we're all juggling work and home life. So, we make sure you have enough time for both by offering unlimited vacation and a flexible 12-week parental leave policy.

Most average Americans don't get benefits like that. This is all a product of the anti-war protesters from the 60's... many found that there were big bucks in activism. NGO's sprang up funded by foundations like the Rockefeller Foundation et.al.. Since then activism has become a cottage industry- and one that is very profitable as you can see by the amounts they give their "volunteers." In an article for the Freedom Outpost, Tony Elliot wrote: Since Organizing For Action is the literal corporate headquarters from which all other splinter protest groups like BLM and ANTIFA are a part, we see that literally over a million people are employed in the protest industry. Since Barack Obama founded OFA, along with financing from George Soros, we know who is the president of the company and where it gets its money. He went on to quip that it looks like Obama did create jobs after all.

Obama, being the malignant narcissist he is, had no intention of relinquishing his grip on the reins of power. He set up shop only a mile from the White House and instructs his army from there along with his right hand, Valerie Jarrett. As I pointed out in my piece on illegal immigration a couple of days ago, it was not by accident that Obama flooded the country with violent felons from Mexico and Central America- they are the second tier of his army, standing at the ready in sanctuary cities across the country awaiting the call to action. MS-13 has become the "hit squad" for the Democratic party and are likely responsible for the murder of Seth Rich (I find the new "revelations" highly suspicious, smacking of a cover-up).

Here's more info for people. Just a little fun fact........

You can hire your own political or social supporters for CNN coverage!

Great post! Most of what we are shown is really and truly manufactured.

Thanks... not to mention CNN's knack for turning a "crowd" of 10 into thousands!

Oh yeah, right! I forgot about that! LOL.

howdy today @richq11! this is such an excellent expose on this group and so educational. I knew that people were paid protestors but I didn't know that they could have a career of it! a darn good earning one at that! amazing. great post!

And to think, I could have been making $15 an hour!!!

I have been thinking for a while of starting a group that appears to be pro gun control and to make a fortune from Bloomberg and the like, and then to use it to support gun's rights efforts. Something like "Kids against Gun Violence" and then I will put on shooting clinics for kids.

Speaking of which, I saw on Y-Tube that David Hogg is a Trump supporter now!

LOL, have they taken down all his videos?

lol! hey maybe you can still sign up!

Great post! @richq11 Nice expose of the progressive activists. I figure March for Our Lives must have sprung up out of this organization as well? It's too bad Trump's not much better, with even more war spending and bomb dropping than Obama, who was bad enough...

Thanks... March For Our Lives came out of Hollywood/CNN. The permit for the event in fact was gotten a couple of months prior to the shooting- hmmm!!!

I was amazed at the level of violence tolerated by the right during the elections and speaking engagements since. Of course the media always spins it as the loving peaceful protestors fearful of those nazi haters who talk hate speech like self dependence and responsibility. At some point this will explode. I know if I had been at the events they protested (rioted) at I would not have been chased as I don't run.

How are you feeling? I have been concerned since the other day when you weren't feeling well.

I'm feeling a bit better thanks... I went to the doc and got some meds. I have to go back for tests and see a specialist next week.

I'm with you, I don't run- and I pack a Sig .45. I bet I could turn some left wing thugs around pretty fast! My problem is that I live in Arkansas and people just tend to get along here.

Good job good info. As we keep getting closer to the mid terms the more people get ampted up. The violence is going to get more and more vilent. There is two sides and it works both ways. For every action there is a reaction. People are getting tired of the lies and decit truth is coming out.

Yup, and they are funded and organized by the unions, this new SC decision is going to gut the public service unions, they will still have a lot of money and power but now that people are not forced to fund them just to have a job they are going to have some money problems. So hopefully we will see fewer pre printed signs and AstroTurf protests. Thank God for Trump, that was a close decision, if Hillary had won her person would have decided that it is ok for public unions to require membership or tribute from all public employees.
