I am on Wikileaks as I type, digging deep in some murky water.
I have a extra pair of goggles if you need them, though I don't think you will miss anything, will be interesting to read what you come up with. They have said for eons that man can't change the weather patterns...how do they really know that if they haven't tried.
China openly admitted to changing the weather for the Beijing Olympics and leads the way in the field.
I have found documents that prove the USA do also. If you note in my article there is one.
