Guns are as American as apple pie.
Don't be afraid to own a gun and protect yourself and your family. It is completely normal, do not let the left demonize you and convince you that you should feel bad or compromise yourself in any way to fit their garbage mold of what you should be. You are an American and you have that right and you should never be ashamed of it. Remind them as often as you can that the 2nd Amendment shall not be infringed.

I'd prefer to live somewhere you don't need a gun to protect myself or family. Luckily I do.
