No, it doesn't upvote what they upvote. And it used to upvote what they re-steemed, but it doesn't look like that is the case anymore.

It's not an elegant solution. It will get an RSS feed with the title of the article and the link (and maybe the first 50 characters) but not the entire content of the article including images and formatting.
muchas gracias; thats going to help as far as getting links out there. now I'll need to start adding other social media accounts and using If This Then That (https://ifttt.com/) to get those links pushed.

I LOVE IFTTT
It allows me to post something once, then have it hit every social media network. It's also handy for creating twitterbots....
