That's pitiful, there has to be a way for the city to help, what do you suggest the city do? When is that mayor's next election?
We are fighting the City but they are hard to deal with! If they put as much work into helping the homeless, as into attacking them, they would all be fine by now!
The same purse strings that fund their attacks, could do massive good!

True, they have little in their favor! There is some pro bono legal help coming. I hope this can be reversed!
