that is super cool. I never heard of this balloon satelite, when was it doing that cruising over when you could see it?
I got this stamp, because it was the first object I saw in Orbit! It was bright, and Big, and The USA had put it up there in 1960! I remember sitting in My Dad's lap, while he pointed it out to me!
That was a great time, and very exciting!
