I think he’s not going to garner nearly the same support as he did in the run up to 2016. Many of us saw an outsider (relatively speaking of course, he is still a member of Congress which doesn’t come easy) trying to make changes with a pretty good history. We now have his cave for the Killary campaign and the talking points he was given in his 3 am ‘do this, stop making waves or else’ phone call. Many will still support him but I am certain not like we did before.

Watch this analysis by Tucker Carlson. It's spot on comparing Bernie in 2016 vs Bernie now.

Thanks I’ll give it a watch later. For a mainstream guy, I like tucker.

Youre welcome. Its not very long so id suggest watching both announcements on their own if you ever have the time. But this is a good quick summary.

Watch his 2020 announcement vs his 2016 announcement. Tucker Carlson covered this tonight. The difference is shocking. He's now 100% embraced the far left identity politics that will eventually push all white people to the right.

I'm no Bernie fan, but he made a big mistake. Here's tucker showing the change.

If Bernie keeps going the "Trump is mean guy" route he has not shot. Without talking about ending wars the Democrats have no shot. Independents loved Trump's State of the Union. If the Dems keep pushing warhawks they got no chance.

They won't get anywhere pushing the identity politics crap either. White people won't take being called the evil of the world forever.

Agreed. Like the Republicans in 2012, the Democrats would sacrifice victory to keep an anti-war voice out of the White House. This election cycle will be interesting though, as all the big money on both sides are going to be focus on ousting Trump.
