I prefer to interpret the same data in a different way.

anything beyond the phase-change interface...is progressively more insane proportional to size.
inside the sphere it's all comfy...
the higher the degree of technology the more comfy it will be.
but you can still have assholes in the known monkeysphere. In fact, due to personal relations w/ the assholes, it may be harder to counter them!
of course..you CAN have assholes in the monkeysphere...out side it they are guaranteed.
I don't agree about counter/control them.

I will point out that they are unicultural, which may be another factor, but then again, I don't see monkey friendly populations with multiple cultures, either
