PRICE INCREASE ONE DAY AFTER MEASURES ANNOUNCED BY THE GOVERNMENT -VENEZUELA

But the government seals are happy applauding the measures recently announced by the government where, in addition, the president announced a new increase in the minimum wage, which will be located at 1,800 sovereign bolivars (equivalent to 180,000,000 bolivares fuertes). To the set of measures is added the unification of the exchange rates, increases to the value added tax (VAT) from 12% to 16%, reduction of the periodicity of taxes to the Treasury, rank for special taxpayers, and the establishment of a tax on "large" financial transactions.
