There is absolutely no pre-requisite for Public Debate like you seem to imply, least that a post is "visible" on one (read Singular) of the many interference of the Steem Blockchain. You are calling for One Person One Account even though you haven't bothered to even consider the implications of that, and all the while you seemingly believe that downvotes are a vulnerability to Steemit (not steem).
