The Communication is One of The Best Ways to Apply Learning

***Improve Communication***

Improve how to communicate with students. Many problems, wise people say, often begin with the way we communicate. Is not, teaching is one form of communication? Communicate with students, like communicating with friends. Teaching success begins with the placement of a teacher in front of his students. Does he place himself as part of their friend, or does he still allow himself to be an alien, outside of their share of friendship?
As a friend, of course, the teacher will tend to develop familiar and pleasant forms of communication. Starting with the habit of greeting them, asking things that would make them feel more cared for or valued by the teacher, to motivate them to continue to try to be successful in learning. They will feel more comfortable when listening, feel more attentive during the learning process, and feel more impressed to continue learning, without getting bored. Not the other way around, they are made to feel depressed when they listen, feel underestimated when learning, and feel bored to leave the room immediately.

When you start teaching in class, it's good to be indirect in the subject matter that has been planned. Take a few minutes to greet them, approach some of the students, ask for light things that can please them, give praise or appreciative appreciation. Tell about the actual things, if they even know and are interested in listening or responding. In short, communicate, or speak with them in a friendly and friendly way, so that their hearts can be touched and succeeded in achieving.

"Teaching that works is teaching that involves the heart, not relying on words that are pressing, threatening or making them uncomfortable ...".

After the atmosphere is considered conducive, then begin to describe the subject matter. No need for all material to be taught at length. Simply explain the material framework, and emphasize some things that are considered important for students to know and understand. The rest, let more time be given to them to respond, ask or argue. In fact, if necessary they must be actively involved from the beginning the teacher elaborates on the subject matter, for example by submitting a number of questions to them. Of course, the question posed is the type of question that invites them to think, not questions that are just to choose answers, like yes or no.

Very nicely said @zamanhuri05. This holds true with any form of communication. Dealing with a spouse or a hostile customer or person. Very sound advice. Keep up the great work.

Very interesting post. Many thanks for sharing. Great photos, too.

I've found your post after @aggamun featured you in his entry for the Pay It Forward Contest

this is a really cool post @zamanhuri05, look at the last picture, if those who has a short anthena in their mind, they will protest the photos instead of reading the whole post content. I agree with you about communication, not all teachers in our country are a good communicator, you know... sometimes they are not really confidence to build a nice relationship with the students because of their pride as an older and teacher. if we talk about education, the best way to educate students is built their trust to the teacher through a good communication and kind words to encourage them.

thanks to @aggamun who has featured your post in the pay it forward contest this week.

I also thank you @cicisaja for arguing against my posts, communication is very necessary in doing learning, so that students can more easily understand what teachers teach.

You have a very good perspective and way of engaging with students. Indeed, teacher-student relationship must be built through trust and confidence with each other, not with the authoritarian type of teachers. Sad to say though, some teachers are like that. They are those commanding officer of "do this and do that!" I also had teachers who are so lazy that they just try to spend time asking their students to copy something from books without explaining anything.

Schools need more teacher like you. May your post be an inspiration to other teachers!

As you know your post was featured by @aggamun on his article which is an entry to the Pay It Forward Curation Contest. The contest is open to everyone so you are welcome to join us.

I really loved your pictures! It is interesting to see what the schools are like.
Also great tips for anyone who wants to teach.
