this is a really cool post @zamanhuri05, look at the last picture, if those who has a short anthena in their mind, they will protest the photos instead of reading the whole post content. I agree with you about communication, not all teachers in our country are a good communicator, you know... sometimes they are not really confidence to build a nice relationship with the students because of their pride as an older and teacher. if we talk about education, the best way to educate students is built their trust to the teacher through a good communication and kind words to encourage them.

I also thank you @cicisaja for arguing against my posts, communication is very necessary in doing learning, so that students can more easily understand what teachers teach.

Betul Bu @cicisaja, sekarang guru banyak disibukkan dengan mempersiapkan kelengkapan administrasi pengajaran seperti, RPP, Silabus, Prita, Promes, Rincian Minggu Efektif dan masih banyak lagi
