Tempe Orek Campur Bayam / Soy Bean Cake Mixed Spinach

Selamat malam sahabat Steemian, malam ini di tempat tinggalku baru saja turun hujan. Hawa udara menjadi dingin, beda sekali dengan cuaca tadi siang, cukup panas dan gerah. Alhamdulillah, semoga dengan turunnya hujan, stok air di rumahku menjadi bertambah banyak, Amiin.

Malam hari ini aku ingin berbagi resep masakan tradisional Indonesia yang sederhana tetapi tetap enak dan menggugah selera yaitu tempe orek campur bayam. Tempe orek adalah tempe yang dipotong kecil-kecil seperti korek api, digoreng dan di masak dengan bumbu kecap. Tempe orek menurut yang aku tahu ada dua macam, tempe orek basah dan tempe orek kering. Tempe orek basah dimasak dengan memakai air sedangkan tempe orek kering tempenya digoreng sampai garing dan kering.

Hari ini aku mencoba membuat tempe orek basah dengan campuran daun bayam. Resepnya sebagai berikut :

Bahan-bahannya :

  • 1 bungkus tempe, potong kecil-kecil atau sesuai selera

Bayam

  • 1 ikat bayam, petik daun dan potong-potong sebagian batangnya, cuci bersih
  • 4 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
  • 3 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
  • 1 lembar daun salam, cuci
  • 2 buah cabai merah, iris miring (jumlah cabai bisa ditambah jika suka pedas)
  • Kecap manis secukupnya
  • Garam dan bumbu penyedap rasa secukupnya
  • 1 gelas air matang
  • Minyak goreng secukupnya

Cara Membuatnya :

  • Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai dan daun salam sampai harum, aduk rata.

  • Masukkan potongan tempe, aduk dan masak sampai tempe berubah warna menjadi jadi kuning kecoklatan.

  • Masukkan bayam, rumah air matang. Masak sampai bayam layu.
  • Beri garam dan bumbu penyedap rasa secukupnya. Aduk rata.

  • Tuang kecap manis secukupnya sambil terus diaduk hingga rata.

  • Masak sampai bumbu meresap dan airnya berkurang, aduk rata. Cicipi rasanya.

  • Angkat, matikan kompor. Pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk.

  • Tempe orek campur bayam siap dihidangkan dengan nasi putih hangat.

Today I tried making wet orek tempeh with a mixture of spinach leaves. The recipe as follows :

The ingredients :

  • 1 pack of tempe (soy bean cake), cut into small pieces or according to taste

  • 1 tie spinach, pick the leaves and cut them into pieces in part, wash thoroughly
  • 4 onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 bay leaf, wash
  • 2 red chili, sliced ​​slanted (the amount of chili can be added if you like spicy)
  • Sweet soy sauce to taste
  • Salt and flavoring seasonings to taste
  • 1 cup of boiled water
  • Right amount of oil

How to make :

  • Heat cooking oil in a skillet. Saute the onion, garlic, chili and bay leaves until fragrant, mix well.

  • Put the pieces of tempe (soy bean cake), stir and cook until the tempe changes color to brownish yellow.

  • Enter spinach, boiled water house. Cook until the spinach withers.
  • Give salt and flavorings to taste. Stir well.

  • Pour enough soy sauce while continuing to stir until smooth.
  • Cook until the seasoning is absorbed and the water is reduced, stir well. Try the taste.
  • Lift, turn off the stove. Transfer it to a bowl.
  • Tempe orek mixed with spinach is ready to be served with warm white rice.
