Selamat siang teman-teman Steemian, siang-siang enaknya makan cemilan yang segar, dingin dan berair. Sepertinya bikin cemilan dari buah-buahan enak juga. Saya mencoba berkreasi membuat salad buah seperti gambar di bawah ini :

Resep Salad Buah

Bahan-bahan :

  • 2 buah mangga harum manis yang sudah matang, kupas dan potong-potong
  • 5 buah strawberry, belah dua
  • 250 gram anggur merah atau ungu, belah dua
  • 4 buah kiwi, kupas kulitnya, potong-potong
  • Keju parut secukupnya
  • 2 sachet susu kental manis (bisa diganti dengan yogurt)
  • 1 bungkus agar-agar, masak dengan air dan gula pasir secukupnya sampai mendidih, tuang ke dalam cetakan, biarkan dingin, potong dadu
  • 1 botol mayones

Cara Penyajian :

  • Siapkan mangkus plastik atau gelas plastik.
  • Masukkan dan susun potongan buah mangga, buah kiwi, buah strawberry dan buah anggur ke dalam mangkuk atau gelas plastik.
  • Tambahkan potongan agar-agar.
  • Tuang susu kental manis (atau yogurt) secukupnya.
  • Taburkan keju parut di atasnya.
  • Salad buah segar siap disajikan. Simpan dalam kulkas, sajikan dingin lebih nikmat.

Ingredients :

  • 2 ripe sweet fragrant mangoes, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 5 strawberries, split in two
  • 250 grams of red or purple wine, split in two
  • 4 kiwi fruit, peel the skin, cut into pieces
  • Grated cheese to taste
  • 2 sachets of sweetened condensed milk (can be replaced with yogurt)
  • 1 packet of gelatin, cook with enough water and sugar until boiling, pour into mold, let cool, cut into cubes
  • 1 bottle of mayonnaise

Serving method :

  • Prepare plastic cups or plastic cups.
  • Put and arrange pieces of mango, kiwi fruit, strawberries and grapes into plastic cups or cups.
  • Add gelatin pieces.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk (or yogurt) to taste.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  • Fresh fruit salad ready to be served. Store in the refrigerator, serve cold more deliciously.
