Water Crisis....Who's responsible..

Hello All,
My this article is totally different from the subject on which i have been writing from the past several days...make money online.
In a decade or two...most parts of the world will face major scarcity of water. Already in many parts, the problem is serious. People dont have access to potable water, leave apart clean water for daily consumption.
Where are we heading and what could be the remedial measures ?
In India, many states are suffering from this crisis. But unfortunately, govt bodies and even people are not serious in conserving water.

In villages the problem is more serious. Women and childs have to walk several kilometers to get a bucket of water...that too not clean. If we continue to waste water like this, by year 2030 we will be facing major shortage of water and our next generation will curse us for not saving it.
When it rains, everybody knows that we can conserve the water through water harvseting. But neither government nor people are interested in actually implementing it.
People waste several KL of water in their gardens,swimming pools,in toilet,bathtubs without knowing the fact that they are actually committing a crime to humanity for wasting the natural resource .

So its in the favor of all mankind that we should start preserving water from today itself. Just imagine a whole day without water...and probably we will understand it.
