आजीविका क्या है-
कोई व्यक्ति जीवन के जिस क्षेत्र में काम करता है या जो काम करता है, उसी को उसकी आजीविका या करिअर (Career) कहते हैं। आजीविका ऐसे कार्यों को कहते हैं जिससे जीविकोपार्जन होता है। शिक्षक, डाक्टर, इंजिनीयर, प्रबन्धक, वकील, श्रमिक, कलाकार, आदि कुछ आजीविकाएँ हैं।
हममें से प्रत्येक को किसी न किसी स्तर पर अपना जीवनयापन करने के लिये कुछ न कुछ साधन चुनना पड़ता है। स्वयं के लिये कार्य करना अपने आप में एक चुनौती तथा प्रसन्नता है।
व्यापक अर्थों में जीविका किसी व्यक्ति की जीवन संरचना का एक महत्वपूर्ण पक्ष है।
मैं आपको एक किस्‌सा बताता हूँ जो मेरे साथ आज कल मे हुआ।
कल सुबह मेरे घर एक इंसान आया। वो गांव गांव जा कर अलग अलग रूप कर के खेल दिखाता है। हमारे यहां उसे बहरूपया कहते हैं। यानि बहुत से रूप कर के रूपया कमाने वाला।
वो मेरे घर पर ये पुछने आया था कि आपके पास रहने के लिए जगह है तो हम यहां आप के घर रह कर गांव मे खेल दिखाना चाहते है।
पापा ने उनको रहने के लिए जगह दे दी। वो और उसकी पत्‌नी और दो बच्‌चे उसके साथ थे। आज उसने खेल दिखाया।
मैने उसको तैयार होते देखा। वो एक घंटा पहले तैयार होने लगा था। और पुरे ३ घंटे खेल दिखा कर लौटा। उसको तैयार होने में उसकी पत्‌नी और बडे बेटे ने सहायता की थी। मैने उस से बात की और कहा की आपको कितनी महनत करनी पडती है।
उसने कहा, भाई करना पडता है पेट के लिए, बच्चों के लिए। गांव गांव घुमना पडता है, और जब खेल का आखरी दिन होता तब भीख की तरह मांगना पडता है। जीविका के लिए करना पडता है।
आजीविका कमाने के लिए जो कठीनाईया होती है उनके बारे मे पहले ही पता कर लेना चाहिये। तभी जीविका का चुनाव करना चाहिये।
जीविका का चुनाव जीवन का एक महत्वपूर्ण पक्ष है। अपनी योग्यता के अनुसार एक विशेष व्यवसाय का चुनाव जो हम अपने भविष्य के लिये करते हैं, उसका आज के प्रतियोगी जीवन में बहुत महत्व है। पहले, लोग अपनी शिक्षा पूरी करते थे, फिर अपनी जीविका का निर्णय करते थे। लेकिन आज की पीढ़ी अपनी विद्यालयी शिक्षा पूरी करने से पहले ही अपने भविष्य निर्माण की दिशा में कदम बढ़ा लेती है।
किसी बेरोजगार इंसान ने कहा है -
'खुशियों' से भरा संसार दे दो।
"आजीविका" चलाने के लिए रोजगार दे दो।
What is livelihood?
A person who works in the area of ​​life or does the work, is called his or her career or career. Livelihood is called such a thing by which life is earned. Teachers, doctors, engineers, managers, lawyers, workers, artists, etc. are some livelihoods.
Each of us has to choose some resources to make a living at some level. Working for yourself is a challenge and happiness in itself. Living in a broad sense is an important aspect of a person's life structure.
I tell you an episode that happened to me today.
Yesterday morning a man came in my house. He goes to village village and shows different sports forms. It's called us here very quickly. That is, many forms of money making money
He came to my house to ask that if you have a place to live then we want to live here in your house and play the game in the village.
Dad gave them space to live in them. He and his wife and two children were with him. Today he showed the game.
I saw him dressing up. She started preparing an hour ago. And returned for 3 hours playing the entire game. His wife and elder son helped him to get ready. I talked to him and said how much work you have to do.
He said, brother has to do for stomach, for children, for children. The village village is about to rotate, and when the last day of the game happens, you have to beg for a begging. It has to be done for livelihood.
Those who have difficulty in earning their livelihood should know about them first. Then you should choose livelier.
The choice of livelihood is an important aspect of life. According to your qualification, the choice of a particular business which we do for our future, is very important in today's competitive life. First, people used to complete their education, then used to decide their livelihood. But today's generation takes steps to build their future even before completing their schooling.
An unemployed person has said -
Give the world full of 'happiness'.
Give jobs to run "livelihood"
