India: Eleven01 Launches Their Testnet
Eleven01 is one of India's native blockchain protocol and they have launched their testnet. It's a sign of on-going investments and development in the blockchain space in India where new startups are creating solutions to tackle the growing needs of the country using blockchain technology.
Eleven01 is one of the many emerging blockchain technology startups that hopes to put this technology to use across various industry verticals.
CryptoNews reports that their testnet is ready for real-world use in both public and private workloads. The eleven01 testnet will provide users with an ecosystem to create, publish, and extend the core blockchain services offered through the platform in India.
The Eleven01 protocol has been created with the aim of bringing India ahead in the blockchain sphere. We have developed the protocol with the aim of raising a platform which allows the creation, publication, and extension of the core blockchain services in all sectors.
Speaking on the launch of the testnet, Ausaf Ahmad, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Eleven01 said to Crypto-News, “We are very excited about the launch of Eleven01’s testnet. It has been a critical milestone to complete and enables the project to start onboarding dApps and gain direct customer feedback. Their team has been busy working on the platform seeking to improve on existing protocols in the market and engage the developer community. We have two key launch partners: KhethiNext, a growing agritech startup, and DocsInBlock, a financial documentation blockchain project, to start using and deploying the code to test run the platform.”
The testnet supports Solidity-an existing smart contract programming language which the development community is likely to find very useful and easier to work with.
The developer community is likely to find Eleven01 very useful as a resource for building on blockchain technology. You can access the testnet https://explorer.eleven01.io/ and for the time being they seem to have 5 nodes running successfully.
