Thank you so much @natureofbeing, you're right it is sometimes very difficult to put into words.

I have been thinking about this article on and off for the past 5 or 6 months now! Every time I sat down to write it, I just couldn't quite articulate it.

Like you say, dedicated meditation helps massively, I too have been spotty for the last few months, I'm getting back into the routine now. Woke at 5.45 this morn, back to 5 manana! :-)
