  1. Why You should Treat Your Steem account As A Company. By badmusgreene
  2. (Source was immaculate on post but was from pixabay.com). In this post badmusgreene discusses the similarities of steem accounts to actual companies, where there is a hardships facing both, and the method acclimation and adaption to burdens facing them define both the company's/steem's account failure or success.

Thereafter, the author states the steem account Adsactly as evidence to his point of view as this account spent the time and effort to grow. Reaching prodigious status, as it now hires talents to write for them in exchange with publicity and some pay out.

In addition he states that even if you are not acquainted with accounts like Adsactly you should not sorrow and work on yourself to achieve greatness.

  3. Generating Passive Income On SteemIt... Easy?? Or Not....??? By simplymike
  4. https://pixabay.com/en/apple-watch-tv-tv-screen-monitor-589640/ In this other post it is rather a detailed question to the readers, where a the author states the raising consciousness halting him/her from pursuing the most profitable options for a upcoming dolphin.(that is the overview for that post, the rest are some details)

The author begins with questioning the notion of the relative ease of making money passively once enough sp is acquired. The author have always been looking down in his posts until today, where he must face his fears and look up. As well even when helping beginners grow and reach the same reputation score, the author feared contacting higher classes of accounts the whales, the orcas and the dolphins.

Moreover, reaching highly ranked accounts can be proven difficult, except for a few examples. Adding to the difficulty of looking up is the low self esteem the author admits of having. The author used to delegate to communities that aims to help newcomers and other bots. however these are relatively non-lucrative.

Thus as of the possibility of buying some sp to have adequate passive income, there are three choices: either delegate to bid bots, sell your votes, or sell sp for lease. and well due to the liability of these three using her own sp to abuse the system the author is finding trouble going for the renowned three.

The other options are minute about are worth considering. these options included the novel @bid.bot ,kiwibot and our bot. Then the author asks if getting good passive income would weigh up to aiding newly formed accounts. is there is something missing? and asks these questions "Do you earn a good passive income by using the 3 lucrative ways I mentioned before?

If so, have you ever thought about it twice? Maybe you share some of the opinions I expressed above, maybe you don't. Or maybe you do, but you simply care more about the money...?

How come my consciousness is always standing in the way of me earning good money? Am I really the only one here on SteemIt that is so stupid to have principles?

Do you have any other sources of passive income? If so, would you mind sharing?"

if you are going to answer go to her/his post to answer.

  5. FORGIVE AND MOVE ON By citimillz
  6. https://pixabay.com/ In this post the author advocates forgiveness, for it not only disallows sadness from entering our hearts, but it also is a way to not have restriction in our blessings from god

Forgiveness is not a sign of naivety and stupidity, but in fact a sign of maturity. Just ending a friendship because the inability of forgiving would only hurt both sides, resulting in isolation and depression. In addition overlooking offences would only result in the same for you

Humans needs to socialize with each other to be successful, in fact it is impossible to survive without interacting with people at all no matter how much introverted you are. so forgive people and move on.
