IFC S1 R36 entry- Enlightening Steemit to these Heavenly Landscapes
The theme of this round is supporting @irvinesimages. The description of the round is below.
This is a challenge I've been wanting to do for a while.
It's going to be similar to the find a sponsor round, except.. It's to help my father here on steemit @irvinesimages And there's going to be a special bonus prize from him as well that's worth around $70.
In my opinion my father and his artwork definitely deserve more attention, I personally think he is like a modern day Ansel Adams and I think he'll go down in photography history.

My Entry
As the old saying goes, "A picture is worth a thousand words." Well, with the number of stellar photos that this man produces, you could say his collection is worth an encyclopedia of words. I first stumbled upon @irvinesimages about two months ago through a post that @apolymask shared. I didn't realize that @apolymask was @irvinesimages son until this round 😅 So, it is cool to see this kind of supportive relationship here. Anyways, this was the first work of his that I saw.
When I first saw this image, it stuck out to me and reminded me of the Black Hills in South Dakota. The way the sun hits the hills early in the morning. I had to leave a comment and from that conversation, I learned that this is a photographer that is entirely self-taught. From seeing his work, you can tell the kind of care he takes in each photo and the amount of time it must take to capture this kind of magic.
Next, I want to present his latest works from this week, to allow readers the opportunity to upvote his photos. I think that would be the best way of helping this man gain more recognition on the Steemit platform. I hope you all enjoy 😊
@irvinesimages for this week
These were the current works that I was able to find, please go and check out his other works as well. If you like what he produces, give him an upvote and follow. I think that what he presents is top notch!
I tend to write about life in Korea as a foreigner, food, photos from trips, and things teaching related. If that interest you and you like this post, please give me a vote and follow

Wow. There's such an etherial feeling to these images. It takes patience to capture the perfect landscape it the perfect light.
I really like the Courthouse Cumulus, that cloud on the left just looks so much like a dog getting ready to chase its tail. I like a lot of his pictures, he really is good.
I didn't even notice that cloud formation! I just looked at it as a rock that looks like a courthouse in a Greeko-roman style architecture. Like in a small town where that is the biggest building around.
I always look forward to your entries. And.. What a great write up and entry. :)Thanks for helping to get the word out about my father and his photography! Between you and the others I think it helped cause he's got quite a few more followers now!
It's cool to see him having so much fun sharing his artwork on here, and it's helped us bond a bit more as well I think which is very valuable in my opinion, anyways.. Thanks again for the entry and the help! :D
Yeah, no problem man! His work is truly top notch stuff. I hope that he can get some recognition and make some money off of it. I believe that if he had the opportunity to travel the world, he could fund it just by the photos he could get from those travels :)
