Looks like a heck of an opportunity. Any project is all about it's team and the credibility of the individual team members. I did invest in Civic before as Vinny was heading it and I am glad I did it.
Similar this project could be Home Run but it may require huge investments for buying actual realty. I am still thinking on this wise decision.
Agree...My order of priority is the IDEA itself and then the ability of team to DELIVER...
