About the SMARC token:

SMARC Token Deal Structure SMARC Token (SMARC) is a profit sharing token: 20% of future dividends and outbound earnings will be paid to token holders. A payment designated based on the percentage of this amount is converted to Ether and sent to the SMARC smart token contract. The SMARC smart token contract evaluates current stock and distributes the profits to the token holders at Ether.
