This is the biggest ICO opporunity according to me, given the bear market and project hype as well as project substance.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE

DxChain is a decentralized big data and machine learning network. Dxchain uses blockchain to provide decentralize storage and computation for big data.

DxChain believes that Data creators should be able own and decide how they use their data which they created. which means, its ownership, its privacy and its security. They plan on doing this with use of Blockchain Technology and Machine learning AI.

For the above mentioned purpose, DxChain proposes Chains-on-chain Architecture. The revolutionary architecture is designed to solve the data computation, storage, and privacy issues.

The three chains on DxChain’s platform are each responsible for storing different information:

MASTER CHAIN: It is incharge of transactions related operations and as a cordinate to side chains. The master chain uses proof-of-work (PoW) to provide the highest level of security and stability.
DATA SIDE CHAIN: It stores Big data and supports the computing chain.
COMPUTATION SIDE CHAIN: It is responsible for executing parallel computations. Stores specific computing tasks performed on the DxChain platform

VERIFICATION GAME
Verification game provides a framework which securely perform any computational task and vastly reduces the number of redundant network node computations.
PDC (Provable Data Computation)
PDC is a statistical framework to verify the correctness of computation results with few copies of redundant computing.
PoSt & PDP
The Proof of Spacetime(PoSt) is used as the consensus protocol of storage. It provides the foundation for the decentralized storage network.
DATA MODEL ENABLES PRIVACY PRESERVING
DxChain does not only provide the data storage function, but it also gives the flexibility of retrieving files at a more granular scale.

WHAT ARE THE TOKENS USED FOR AND HOW CAN THEY APPRECIATE IN VALUE?

The DX token is the network’s native protocol token. The token will initially be issued as ERC-20 tokens after the crowdsale and will be migrated to the DxChain mainnet after it is launched. There are several uses for the tokens:

DX tokens will serve as a secure and primary method of payment between participants in the network.
Providers of computational and storage resources that are required for running various apps and transactions will be rewarded with DX tokens.
Miners will be rewarded with DX tokens based on the usefulness of work that they passively provide.
DX tokens should appreciate in value as more users join and use the network. This is driven by numerous factors, including the number and type of applications available on the platform, user experience, data storage capacity and processing speed, etc.

ICO HYPE

ICO hype is the biggest I have seen.
They have 2 telegrams and both of them are almost full, with first one having 99,000+ members and second one have 63,000+ at the time of writing.
They have huge followers on their twitter and youtube channels.
Alot of crypto influencers and youtube/twitter channels, have mentioned DxChain on top of their upcoming ICO investment List.

CONCLUSION

The project technology and team are aiming to enchance the crypto eco-system, trying to get real world usage of blockchain technology. Project seems good and with the kind of hype and famous crypto influencers talking about it, I strongly assume it be a big Blockchain Infrastructure Project.
