Lampix: The Hardware

Lampix can transform any flat surface into an interactive computer, enabling human computer interaction without digital screens, keyboards or mice. It can identify any object, as long as the right data is provided. For instance, imagine finishing a soda at a restaurant and placing the empty cup on the table. Lampix will notice your drink is empty, and will project a dialogue box onto the table asking if you would like to order more, with buttons to answer. With a simple touch on the projected button on the table, Lampix would notify your server to bring the selected beverage. Check out the possibilities below!

Database

The capability of Lampix is limited to our imagination and machine learning data available. Right now, Lampix learns to recognize objects based on limited images and data sources by our own developers team. However, if we harness the power of the blockchain, we can empower everyone to contribute to the machine learning process. With “picture mining”, anyone can contribute to the database that will power machine image recognition. The database will consist of {picture, description} datasets, which will be submitted and verified by picture miners and voters respectively, along with a computer recognition algorithm to remove duplicates and clearly inconsistent datasets. The data ecosystem is only possible if there is an incentive for people to submit and upvote datasets. With this, we are announcing that Lampix is launching a token called 'PIX'.

Crowdsale Token Launch

In order to fulfill our vision of having a Lampix in every room, shop, office, and factory, we need to raise $60 million. During the crowdsale, Lampix will offer 550,000,000 PIX tokens at a rate of $0.12 per token.
