It looks like it was from the mid 50's... I was about 10. I didn't know women had a problem with dirty breasts back them! Is this something that couldn't have been remedied by showering???
Haha, I'm just trying to imagine an accompanying infomercial. "Ladies, are you tired of that layer of dust that always seems to build up on your most-ignored and neglected body part: your breasts?" ....Maybe they were planning for a world without men OR babies?? Ugh! Breasts! Who needs 'em, right? Lol, the idea that anyone would neglect boobs--theirs or anyone elses!--is funny all on its own to me. :p
Yeah... I kinda got the same thing! I sat thinking about the whole concept for awhile!
